Most products lose people not because the value is missing but because the experience fails to deliver it soon enough, clearly enough, or gracefully enough. The gap between what a product can do and what a member actually experiences is where retention is won or lost. I help teams close that gap.

What I Work On

I partner with founders, product leaders, and design teams on:

  • Member experience audits that surface where trust erodes and why
  • Onboarding redesigns that collapse time to value
  • Retention metrics that connect experience gaps to business outcomes
  • Leadership coaching for product and design leads navigating growth, ambiguity, or team change

How I Work

I work in short, focused engagements. Most projects are four to six weeks. I prefer depth over breadth, which means I take on a limited number of clients at a time so I can be fully present to the problem.

I'm not interested in surface-level fixes or strategy decks that sit in a folder. I care about what ships and whether it works.

Background

I have led product and design at Photon Health, was founding designer at Balanced, helped scale Thirty Madison from thousands to hundreds of thousands, and advised early-stage teams backed. I've seen what works across healthcare, education, and consumer subscription, and more importantly, I have seen what quietly fails.
